Maintenance & After-Sales
We provide scheduled maintenance contracts and after-sales technical support for all systems we deploy, including networks, cameras and infrastructure, governed by clear SLA agreements that ensure continuous operation and minimise downtime whenever faults occur.
Our maintenance service covers periodic inspection of installed systems, software and configuration updates, and emergency fault repair within a defined SLA response time, spanning LAN/WAN networks, CCTV, access control, data centers and communication systems.
We set an annual maintenance plan specifying the number of scheduled visits and inspection scope for each system, backed by a technical support team available by phone or site visit, with every visit documented in a report detailing discovered faults and actions taken for full transparency with the client.
Free Eye has supported the systems it has deployed since 2007 with a local maintenance team familiar with each project's history, which speeds up fault diagnosis, alongside a commitment to clear response standards that keep client systems running without prolonged downtime.
